Blair joined RedCloud Capital in 2020. Over the past eight years, Blair has focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for lower middle market companies across a diverse set of industries. Prior to joining RedCloud, Blair was an Associate with Industria Partners, a boutique investment bank serving environmental, energy, and industrial end markets. Prior to Industria, Blair was an Analyst at CaptialValue Advisors, where he provided M&A and capital advisory services for consumer, business services, and industrial clients. Blair started his career at St. Charles Capital as a member of the Diversified Industries group until its acquisition by KPMG in 2014. Blair attended the University of Denver, where he captained the men’s soccer team.
