Mac joined RedCloud Capital in 2025. Prior to joining RedCloud, he was an Associate at PMCF, a middle market investment bank providing M&A and capital raising advisory services. As part of PMCF’s Business Services group, Mac was actively engaged in assembling complex financial models, drafting offering memoranda, and managing due diligence processes. Before joining PMCF, he was with Donnelly Penman & Partners in Detroit, supporting M&A transactions for middle market industrial companies.
