David joined RedCloud Capital in 2020. He previously advised RedCloud as an Operating Partner for lighting and value-added distribution related transactions starting in 2013. David has acted as President and CEO of several notable Colorado companies including American Lighting, Global Product Specialists, K2 Venture Management, and DĀLYTE/AiA Industries. Prior to his entrepreneurial focus, David held venture capital and senior investment banking positions at several nationally recognized firms including TA Associates, Boettcher & Company, Newman and Associates and RBC Dain Rauscher, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, management buy-outs, and raising growth and acquisition capital through private placements of debt and equity. David currently serves as the President of the Rocky Mountain Gold Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and serves on the Board of Directors of Receptra Naturals. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Classic Brands and several Denver-based non-profit organizations.
